Benny Shaboy

Editor/Publisher Benny Shaboy is available to speak at your school or art
group about Why Art Matters and other subjects designed to encourage and
motivate artists at all levels of experience. His publication, studioNOTES,
is an artist-to-artist journal that collects information and ideas from
artists, art dealers, curators, collectors and others in the art world. In
his talk, he will also reveal many of the things he has learned from such
sources -- information that can help one be not only a better and more
productive artist but a more savvy one whose work has a better chance to get
shown and supported. The talk will be illustrated by slides of the work of
some of the artists he has interviewed and he is also available for
individual or group consultations before or after the talk. For more
